The following is a tutorial on how to share access to a profile as the main user, and how to access a profile that has been shared with you
Sharing Access
Click the pencil icon and double-click on the entity you wish to share access to:
Click ‘Share Access’ – this will be under the Details menu
Click ‘Add User’:
Enter the email address of the person you want to share access with:
Select ‘Notify By Email’ and click Save.
If they are already a registered user on Company Registers, they will just sign into their account and click ‘My Shared Access from the My Entities drop-down
Accessing the Shared Profile as a new user:
The new user must open the email sent to their email address and click the link to begin the registration process:

Click ‘Reset Password’ to set a password for your new account. Do not click ‘Create New Account’ as that is not applicable here.
Enter the email address from the email received, the same email address used to share access with you
Click ‘Email the Reset Password’
An email with a password reset link will be sent to the specified email address.
Click the link as directed.
Type in your password, confirm it and click Update
You can now log in with the new password and your email address.
You can view the profiles shared with you after logging in under My Entities – My Shared Access
