As per notice 51 of 2024 from CIPC, CompanyRegisters has been updated to include some new fields in the Proof of Transfer form for Close Corporations. These fields include signature blocks for witnesses, fields for date of signatures, and new wording at the top of the form.
Users can access this form by clicking ‘Print Transfer Form’ next to the desired record:
