To help CompanyRegisters users explore the new sections of our website, we’ve introduced two additional buttons in the CompanyRegisters interface.

The Support button:

Available on all pages, the Support button directs users straight to the Support page. This makes it easier for them to access Tutorials and Webinars, where they can find most of the information they need.

The question mark button:

Located next to the My Fees Due menu item, the question mark button links directly to the Making Payment tutorial page, providing quick access to clear payment instructions.

We are committed to equipping users with the right resources, enabling self-service across the program and helping us keep costs as low as possible. In line with this, we will have shorter versions of the training webinars uploaded shortly.
